Plan 4 is our most affordable plan that features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a powder room.  It is spacious for a two bedroom unit with an oversized master bedroom, a master bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in closet.  There is a private patio outside your kitchen and dining room, which makes a great place to host parties or enjoy a barbeque.  Your living room, kitchen and dining room have an open floor plan to provide a spacious feeling with the convenience of a powder room on the same floor. 

Please note that each plan type has variations in floor plans, features, and sizes.  For a more accurate floor plan, an architectural drawing will be available at the sales office.  All townhouse sizes are approximate.
